Chad’s beer tasting 30th birthday party was last Saturday night. We were lucky to have family and friends join us from five different states to celebrate Chad. We enjoyed a night filled with fun, food and beer!
I found these great Beer Flight invitations on Tiny Prints who was kind enough to provide me with a set. The colors in the invite (plus Chad’s favorite color, green) set the palette for the party.
I put together a small birthday wreath to greet guests when they arrived. I was inspired by this beautiful cake topper from Giochi di Carta. I used a photo from Chad’s childhood and a more recent photo of Chad and me at a brewery of course.
Each guest received a tasting list, pint glass and pretzel necklace when they arrived. We started with the first beer on the list and poured a taste in everyone’s glass. The party guests could write beer notes if they so chose.
I ordered the “Cheers to Chad” pint glasses from Customzilla. I was very happy with the customer service and quality of the product. (Note: I was not compensated by Customzilla, I was just impressed with their product.)
Guests left with a jar of beer bread mix in hand. Come back on Friday for the rundown on how to create this easy party favor!
It was a wonderful party filled with so many great memories. Thank you too all who were able to come to come celebrate with us!
