As a kid, my grandma made these wonderful ranch crackers each Christmas Eve. When I went to college, she would pack me a bag to share with all of my friends when I returned to campus. When I moved into my own place, I decided it was time to make them myself. Each time we have a party, I love to bake up this little addictive snack.
1 bag oyster crackers
1 package ranch mix
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup canola oil
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Then transfer to a large baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake 15-20 minutes, mixing halfway through. Let them cool throughly and enjoy!
The Sparkler, a festive cocktail from the first issue of Twin Stripe, is the perfect compliment.
4 oz champagne
3/4 oz St. Germain
1 oz pomegranate juice
Mix in a cocktail glass and garnish with cranberries. Cheers!
