Copy That: Pom Pom Beach Bag // Twin Stripe

Chad and I are loving our beach trip to Hilton Head, SC. We have been spending a lot of time reading and relaxing on the beach. Before we left our on our  trip, I kept seeing the Eliza Gran Pom Pom Tote popup on my favorite sites. I loved the look of the tote, but I was not ready to spend $90. Instead,  I decided to DIY my own version of the tote.

Pom Pom Beach Tote

Straw tote (Mine is from the Target Dollar Spot, but any plain tote will do)
Yarn in multiple colors
Pom pom maker (optional)
Hot glue gun

Before you begin making pom poms, decide how many you would like on your tote. I would suggest between three and seven. Make multiple pom poms with a pom pom maker or use a tutorial like this. Have fun with the color selection – ombre, bright or your favorite colors!

Here’s a few of my favorite beach bag must haves:

Rio Beach Towel, Vera Bradley  |  Panama Hat, David & Young   |  Glamour Magazine  | Protection 50 Sport, Dermalogica  |  Love and Miss Communication, Elyssa Friedland

I’m taking Friday off, so I’ll see you all on Monday. Be sure to follow our beach adventures on Instagram!
