Lovely Lavender Eats & Treats

Recently, my Pinterest feed has been exploding with delicious lavender-inspired recipes. Lavender’s floral scent is fresh and clean, which compliments sweet treats. I’ve been planning my summer garden and I can’t wait to plant a lavender plant or two so I can try these recipes with homegrown lavender. Have you grown lavender before? I can’t wait to try Beth’s beautiful lavender meringues and the lavender honey iced latte from Offbeat and Inspired.

I hope you have a lovely weekend filled with time to relax and enjoy. I don’t have too much going on, but next week is Taco Week on the blog. I’m going to be sharing my favorite taco and margarita recipes, a taco DIY, and more. If you have a favorite taco recipe, email it to me so you can be featured on the blog.

  1. Thanks so much for featuring my meringues, Katie! I am so into lavender right now. I just bought some fresh lavender and can’t decide what to make with it next. All of these recipes look fabulous! 🙂

  2. Thank you Katie! I’m honored for my Coconut Lavender Lemondade to be featured in this wonderful roundup with these other beautiful Lavender recipes. I have a lavender surplus right now, and I agree with Beth @ Bethcakes, these awesome recipes would be a wonderful use of it.

  3. Thank you so much for sharing my caramels! My mom actually grew SO MUCH lavender two summers ago for our wedding and then hung and dried it in batches. I never did try cooking with the lavender she grew though (why didn’t I think of that?? haha). Can’t wait to see what lavender treats you cook up! xo

What do you think? Katie loves to hear from you!
