After all of the holiday celebrations, New Year’s Eve can often feel like an afterthought or chore. Instead of planning a big expensive night out on the town, why not invite a few friends over for cocktails and games to ring in the New Year? There’s nothing better than being able to relax at home after a busy holiday season. Plus, I have a New Year’s Eve cocktail that you can whip up with a just a few ingredients to celebrate a new year. Let’s get the party started!
This cocktail is bubbly, fruity and refreshing – exactly what you need to ring in 2016!
- 1 part Skinnygirl® Bare Naked Vodka
- 1/2 part St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3 parts Pomegranate soda
- Lemon, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix Skinnygirl® Bare Naked Vodka, St. Germain and pomegranate soda.
- Pour into a festive glass and top with your favorite champagne or bubbly.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon and ring in the new year!
Serve the cocktail with munchies right from the pantry – assorted nuts, popcorn, pretzels and your favorite cheese. Place everything on festive disposable plates for easy clean up after the guests have left.
