No Churn Ice Cream

It’s hot in North Carolina. It’s going to be in the 90s almost everyday next week! With all of this heat on mind, I can’t help but think about my favorite cold treat – ice cream! Store bought ice cream can be tasty, but whipping up you own is even better. I don’t have an ice cream maker, so I rounded up some of my favorite no churn ice cream recipes.

Bottom Row: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Like Mother, Like Daughter | Coffee Crunch Ice Cream, Baked by an Introvert | Meyer Lemon Ice Cream, Seasons & Suppers

I can’t wait to make a batch this weekend. The hardest part will be deciding which one to make. What’s your favorite icy summer treat? Do you prefer ice cream, a popsicle or something else?

  1. Holy YUM! I want to try all of these flavors right now because it’s just as hot in Texas as it is in North Carolina. And I’m not really ready for the summer heat.

Thanks so much for including my No Churn Peanut Butter Pecan Chip Ice Cream!

  2. You’re right about being hot in NC! We’re melting over in Chapel Hill 🙂 Thanks so much for including me in this great round-up!
