Yesterday we showed you how to transform your bar cart into a beautiful entry table and today we are showing you how to create a cozy library nook with your bar cart. Once again, the creative geniuses of Vivid Interiors did an amazing job styling this library nook and are sharing their tips so you can easily recreate this look at your own home.
Library Styling tips from Vivid Interiors:
- Pile it high with books.
- Add more books.
Moral of the the story – you can never have too many books!
- Keep your glasses and notepad nearby so you can jot down words of inspiration, quotes, etc.
- Wrap all books in kraft paper for a neutral and serene feel or color block your books for a more organized look – we love bold pops of color!
- Stand books up and face them out. This is especially good as a reminder for which books to read next.
Be sure to add a comfortable chair, blanket and lamp so you have the perfect place to settle into any day of the year.

I love using my bar cart as a bar, but creating a library cart is very tempting. I love the look of the books stacked in big piles and different directions. Anyone can make their library cart look good with enough books. What is your favorite bar cart use so far? The entryway table or the library cart?
