Since Taco Week is in full gear, it only seems right to share some delicious taco recipes and pairings. Some of my fellow bloggers even sent their favorite Mexican-inspired dishes so I could share them today. Just looking at these beautiful tacos make me hungry!

If I’m not up for cooking after work, Chad and I often find ourselves gravitating towards authentic street tacos from El Camino Real in Greensboro, NC.
