Thanksgiving Table Part Deux

Thanksgiving has really crept up on me this year! This time next week I’ll be visiting North Carolina for the first time since moving in June. I’m happy to say I’ll be making a stop in Greensboro to see Katie and Chad and their adorable new house. But before I head home to stuff myself with turkey and the fixins, I wanted to get into the holiday spirit here in Philadelphia.

ThanksgivingSo I dressed up my sweet little dining table and as you can see, I caved and got the West Elm Wooden Tripod Antler Candle Holders.  I was lucky enough to receive a couple fall inspired gifts like a handmade burlap pumpkin and an air plant from Sprout Home. And what Thanksgiving tablescape is complete without a dollar store turkey? Here are a few more items to make your Thanksgiving Day great!thanksgiving

Why not start Thanksgiving day watching the parade with coffee and pumpkin pancakes? Get a head start on the feast with this West Elm Owl Mug and Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix from William Sonoma. If you haven’t already seen the Design*Sponge series of Thanksgiving tablescapes, you’re in for a treat. I love that they featured all different types of tablescapes from rustic to sophisticated. If you’re still searching for table inspiration, make sure to check them out!  I recently made Sprouted Kitchen’s Black Bean + Butternut Soup and it was delicious. It would be a great first course for your Thanksgiving Day meal. And if I know my family, I know we’ll be having a great cheese plate with our favorite fig spread! Make sure to pick up a beautiful cheese dome and cheese knives from Crate & Barrel.
