The Best Snack Mix Ever

My mom makes the best snack mix ever, so tasty in fact, we requested that she bring some along for Chad’s birthday. Since it is Friday and time for happy hour, I wanted to share this delicious recipe with everyone from a local St. Louis grocery store called Dierbergs. The recipe is simple and pairs well with your favorite brew.

2 Tbs Worcestershire
1 Tbs Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder

4 cups toasted wheat Chex
3 cups mini pretzels

In a large ziplock bag, combine oil, Worcestershire, Cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Seal bag and squeeze to mix. Add cereal, pretzels and almonds; seal bag and shake to coat. Spread mixture on foil-lined jellyroll pans (or two pans, depending on size). Bake in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
