Twin Stripe cooks: mini meatball soup

As we get into the swing of things, we look forward to sharing styling tips, recipes, DIYs, tech features and more, three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I love to cook. When it was decided we were going to start a blog, I was excited about sharing recipes with our readers. I enjoy reading and clipping recipes from food blogs and I look forward to passing my favorites on to you. The first recipe I want to share is developed by my favorite food blogger, Jessica of How Sweet It Is.

This soup is perfect for a rainy, chilly evening at home. It combines tomatoes, spinach, pasta, and everyone’s favorite: mini meatballs! Jessica used chicken for the meatballs, I substituted turkey, which was delicious. Serve with wine and crusty toasted bread and you’re set!

Hop on over to How Sweet It Is for the full mini chicken meatball soup recipe. Bon appetit!
