I love to cook. When it was decided we were going to start a blog, I was excited about sharing recipes with our readers. I enjoy reading and clipping recipes from food blogs and I look forward to passing my favorites on to you. The first recipe I want to share is developed by my favorite food blogger, Jessica of How Sweet It Is.
This soup is perfect for a rainy, chilly evening at home. It combines tomatoes, spinach, pasta, and everyone’s favorite: mini meatballs! Jessica used chicken for the meatballs, I substituted turkey, which was delicious. Serve with wine and crusty toasted bread and you’re set!
