The month of May sure snuck up on me! A year ago Alison and I busy getting ready to graduate with our master’s degrees. This May should be much more relaxing, I’m looking forward to spending even more time outside. To kick off the month of May, I’m planning to celebrate Cinco de Mayo this Sunday. There is nothing better than a plate of tacos, guacamole and a fresh margarita.
Create a perfect Cino de Mayo party with a few simple DIYs and delicious recipes. Dress your Cinco de Mayo table with festive DIY pinta inspired place cards from Mint and bright melamine plates from West Elm. To get the party started, mix up a batch of our favorite pomegranate mint margaritas. Serve short rib tacos from one of my favorite food bloggers, Jessica of How Sweet It Is, and smokey mango and avocado salsa from Camille Styles. Add some extra flair to your space with a colorful flag garland from Lovely Indeed. Ole!
